我的hr风格没有出现在移动浏览器中

我的人力资源如下：

    <hr style='height: 20px; background: url(stars.png) no-repeat center;     border: none;' />

它在PC浏览器chrome，mozilla等上工作正常。它向我展示了一系列明星但是当我从android mobile打开我的网站时，HR根本就不存在。

有什么方法可以解决这个问题吗？
