按org.eclipse.swt检查(eclipse menu) > Help > Installation Details > (select) Plugins (tab) > (search for) org.eclipse.swt > (look at) Version插件的当前安装情况。

如果插件不存在或版本不同/更小，那么您需要先安装/更新org.eclipse.swt插件。

顺便说一下，Helios太旧了。它现在是Mars，所以尝试获取最后一个版本的eclipse，我认为你不会遇到这个问题。
