如果更改默认工作台密码，则会发生这种情况。简单的解决方案是，将Endeca体验管理员密码更改回管理员并尝试。
否则，需要在多个地方更改密码。

转到dyn admin中的OPSSInitializer组件，检查指定的jps-config.xml路径是否正确。如果没有，请更正路径。
