在AWS更改其政策以要求IAM用户后，我遇到了同样的问题。我创建了新的IAM用户并收到了IAM用户的新凭据，在使用新凭据更新我的应用程序后，我收到了同样的错误。我通过返回AWS，服务，IAM用户并为用户创建管理员访问权限来修复它。
