我认为如果你喜欢这种方式，那么它应该可行

Main Form -> Layout=BorderLayout Container1 -> LayoutConstraint=North (set Layout as per your requirement) add those fields (containers/components) that you want as a header Container2 -> LayoutConstraint=Center, Layout=BoxLayoutY Container1TableLayout -> Layout=TableLayout 像你在你的那样制作这个Container1TableLayout并添加你的组件/按钮。
