Apache 2.2版和2.4版之间与mod_deflate和mod_filter不兼容

mod_deflate需要三个模块才能在apache 2.4中运行

LoadModule deflate_module modules/mod_deflate.so
LoadModule headers_module modules/mod_headers.so
LoadModule filter_module modules/mod_filter.so

因此要么删除该块，要么加载mod_filter
