使用@ImportResource加载您的xml文件。

@Configuration
@ImportResource(locations = "classpath:/database.xml")
....
public class PersistenceJpaConfig {

您可以使用@ImportXml("classpath:com/company/app/datasource-config.xml") 在您的配置类
