关于软件环境

这是一个独立的mongodb实例（没有分片或副本集），它在专用机器上运行，并且被其他机器查询。我在Debian 7.7下使用mongodb-linux-x86_64-2.6.11。

查询mongo的机器使用Django == 1.7.4，Mongoengine = 0.10.1使用pymongo == 2.8。

在所有情况下，数据库上的锁定没有显着增加，它有一个峰值但达不到4％：

OpCounter降为零，似乎每个操作都进入mongodb队列，因此数据库会创建新连接以尝试执行新请求，所有这些连接都会进入队列。

机器资源

关于硬件，该机器是Google Cloud Compute实例，包含4个Intel Xeon Core，16 Gb ram， 100 GB SSD磁盘。

没有检测到明显的高网络/ io / CPU / ram问题，资源没有峰值，即使mongod进程被冻结。

另一台机器上的MySQL也会受到影响

此外，我们检测到在此mongod峰值同时出现在queques和连接上时，我们还在mysql连接上获得了一个峰值，该连接在另一台机器上运行。当我杀死mongodb进程时，所有的mysql连接也被释放（没有重启mysql）。

我增加了系统限制，看看是否是问题的原因，但似乎这并没有解决问题。

我们将独立实例迁移到副本集。 2个辅助服务于读取，1个主要服务于写入。副本上的所有计算机都设置了原始计算机的区域快照。这个新配置发生的事情是问题发生了变化，而且更难以发现。

它的发生频率较低，但不是天空飙升的连接和队列，整个副本集停止读/写，没有高连接，没有队列根本没有昂贵的操作。所有对DB的请求都会超时。要解决此问题，必须将一个SIGKILL发送到mongodb进程，并将其发送到所有3台计算机。
