我已经为我的公司创建了一个HTML电子邮件签名来实现。它似乎工作得相当好，但经过大量测试后我遇到了两个小问题。我们公司在Windows上使用Outlook 2013绝大多数。

在iPhone上收到电子邮件时，图像仍会显示为附件，如果转发则会成为附件。
我见过我们公司的一小部分人，他们的签名图片显得比较大。我自己无法复制此问题，但看到了其他标识符放大的电子邮件签名。

防止这种情况发生的唯一可靠方法，无论哪种方式收件人正在使用的邮件客户端，就是放置你的图片 Web服务器上的签名，然后链接到您的图片签名而不是每条消息都发送图片本身。

将您的文件上传到服务器，然后将其从链接（网址）插入而不是作为文件。

以下是不同版本的Outlook的步骤：

Outlook 2003和之前的

右键单击签名编辑器，然后选择插入图像...
然后只需在“图片来源”字段中输入图片的网址即可。

Outlook 2007和Outlook 2010

使用签名编辑器中的图片图标，然后键入的URL “文件名”字段中的图像。
点击“插入”按钮上的小向下箭头，然后选择;链接发送文件
