PaperTrail gem ActiveRecord :: StatementInvalid：Mysql2 :: Error：Table＆＃39; my_database_development.version_associations＆＃39;不存在

Question

我遇到了papertrail gem的问题。 Ruby 2.3.0，rails 4.2.5，papertrail 4.0.0。

运行时

cap staging db:pull

我得到了

rake aborted!
ActiveRecord::StatementInvalid: Mysql2::Error: Table 'my_database_development.version_associations' doesn't exist: SHOW FULL FIELDS FROM `version_associations`

有什么奇怪的是我没有桌子：

PaperTrail::VersionAssociation.table_exists?
#=> false

他们声称已解决问题here。
