我不知道你是否还需要它但你可以从BABEL Eclipse Project获取文件（以及几乎任何语言包插件片段）：http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/download.php?file=/technology/babel/update-site/R0.13.1/babel-R0.13.1-kepler.zip&mirror_id=491 只需下载ZIP并从插件目录中获取插件。
