感谢@ J.JHakala和@ user657267的建议,我得出的结论是我的MinGW安装实际上是32位!鉴于我使用的是64位库,它们会像任何其他库一样读入,但其中的函数无法识别。

对于遇到此问题的其他人,您可以下载64位版本的MinGW,或者只是切换要导入的库。
