微软的组件似乎存在一个错误，即使它确实有效，它也会抛出错误。通过抛出错误，它会阻止您的页面处理。通过忽略错误，它可以正常工作。

xmlDoc.save xmlfile

错误消息表明您的IUSR帐户对您的xml文件没有写入权限，我认为该文件是tool.xml。右键单击它，选择Properties，然后单击安全选项卡，它应该很明显。

W3Schools教程已经过时了。我建议你更换

与

Server.CreateObject("Msxml2.DomDocument.6.0")
