找到了解决方案。
磁盘必须只包含一个带有启动目录的分区(root),而不是像之前一样的启动分区。
我不是100%肯定,但可能GCE从逻辑卷(lv)启动时出现问题。应该通过从他的lv根分区构建一个新的分区和dd数据到标准的ext分区来避免这种情况。
