我正在使用https://github.com/harrystech/prelaunchr设置发布前网站,而我却无法让邮件工作。

这是我得到的错误:

Class#signup_email failed with ActionView::Template::Error: undefined method `encoding' for {:host=>"localhost:3000"}:Hash - 0 failed attempts
   (0.2ms)  BEGIN
   (0.7ms)  UPDATE "delayed_jobs" SET "last_error" = 'undefined method `encoding'' for {:host=>"localhost:3000"}:Hash

我尝试配置我的开发环境以使用Mandril应用程序发送电子邮件。

这是我到目前为止所拥有的。

Mail.rb
ActionMailer::Base.smtp_settings = {
    address: "smtp.mandrill.app.com",
    port: 587,
    enable_starttls_auto: true,
    user_name: "MYEMAIL,
    password: "Mandrilapi key",
    authentication: "login"
}

ActionMailer::Base.delivery_method = :smtp
ActionMailer::Base.default charset: "utf8"

  #
  # config.warden do |manager|
  #   manager.intercept_401 = false
  #   manager.default_strategies(:scope => :user).unshift :some_external_strategy
  # end

  # ==> Mountable engine configurations
  # When using Devise inside an engine, let's call it `MyEngine`, and this engine
  # is mountable, there are some extra configurations to be taken into account.
  # The following options are available, assuming the engine is mounted as:
  #
  #     mount MyEngine, at: "/my_engine"
  #
  # The router that invoked `devise_for`, in the example above, would be:
  # config.router_name = :my_engine
  #
  # When using omniauth, Devise cannot automatically set Omniauth path,
  # so you need to do it manually. For the users scope, it would be:
  # config.omniauth_path_prefix = "/my_engine/users/auth"
end

来自development.rb的相关代码

  # For mailer configs
  config.action_mailer.raise_delivery_errors = true

  config.action_mailer.default_url_options = {host: "localhost:3000"}

我需要做些什么来解决这个问题?我错过了什么?

1 个答案:

答案 0 :(得分:2)

异常是在这个gem的视图中奇怪地使用值Rails.application.config.action_mailer.default_url_options的结果。

展望mailer view code here我们可以看到这样的陈述:

CGI::escape(Rails.application.config.action_mailer.default_url_options || "")

所以看起来他们希望这个配置选项是String,而不是Hash。我在我的控制台中确认了这个异常:

> CGI::escape(Rails.application.config.action_mailer.default_url_options)
NoMethodError: undefined method `encoding' for {:host=>"localhost:3000"}:Hash

BTW:正确的配置应该是{ :host => "localhost", :port => "3000" },但这不是根本原因。

在我看来,最好的方法是用替换的主机地址替换此代码的视图部分。 url_for(:only_path => false)

也许它可以用于设置:

Rails.application.config.action_mailer.default_url_options = "http://localhost:3000/"

但这不是正确的方法,可能会影响其他地方的回归。
