编辑2： 我使用http://froebe.net/blog/2015/05/27/error-sqlite-database-is-malformed-solved/恢复了损坏的数据库。在CLI中，pragma完整性检查显示状态确定但在eclipse中我得到的数据库磁盘映像格式错误。
编辑3： 我在新的sqlite数据库上遇到了同样的错误。 2 db文件之间唯一常见的事情是它们在达到大约2GB的文件大小后开始显示此错误。
