由于我无法发表评论，我会将此作为答案，但不完全确定Docker的问题是什么，但我也能够复制问题。可能想在boto上提出问题，看看有人可以提供帮助。但是我能够通过设置环境变量AWS_ACCESS_KEY_ID，AWS_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY然后启动python来使其工作。不知道这是否有所帮助，但只是想把它扔出去，因为我花了一些时间来看它。
