我在本地计算机上运行nginx的工作代理服务器配置。它在docker中运行，node.js实例也在运行我的ghost博客的本地实例。

如果我取消注释rewrite或proxy_redirect指令没有任何反应 - 请求转发到node.js，我得到404.

您的rewrite位于单独的地理位置区域中，应使用last代替break（有关详细信息，请参阅this）：

proxy_redirect不会重写请求，它会重写来自上游的3xx响应。有关详细信息，请参阅this。

我看不出你的rewrite方法有什么问题，除非正则表达式错了。您可以尝试添加rewrite_log on;以逐步记录重写。有关详细信息，请参阅this。
