从TFS服务器抓取TFS Power Tools和download the process template，然后使用：
tfpt addprojectreports /收集：＆＃34; http://MyServer:8080/tfs/DefaultCollection＆＃34; / teamproject：MyProject / processtemplate：＆＃34; TemplateName＆＃34;
