Swift - 自定义SectionIndexTitles在Tableview中不起作用

我的自定义SectionIndexTitles UIControl在具有UICollectionView的ViewController中完美地工作,但不知何故它在前面提到的配置中不起作用。我该如何解决这个问题?

该应用程序编译并且不会崩溃。当我擦洗UIControl时,不会调用indexViewValueChanged()函数。我已使用View Debugger检查了View层次结构,但它位于TableView之上。我还尝试添加一个可以正常工作的手势识别器。最后我尝试设置zPosition,但这没有任何效果。
