phpMyAdmin不会保留一些配置存储表

当我登录到本地phpMyAdmin安装时，我不断收到此错误：

  The phpMyAdmin configuration storage is not completely configured, some extended features have been deactivated. Find out why. 
  Or alternately go to 'Operations' tab of any database to set it up there.

我每次都点击链接添加表格，但仍然会收到错误。任何人都可以对此有所了解吗？
