通过运行.exe直接安装软件包失败，因为安装程序找不到我的python安装（尽管它已注册）。但是，我成功使用WinPython控制面板来安装包！

编辑：在此之前，我尝试了我在stackoverflow上发现的各种东西，包括安装一些Visual C ++（Python）编译器，但没有一个工作。

我在Windows 10上使用Python 64bit 2.7.11时遇到了同样的问题。

在我尝试使用pip多次安装scrapy后，我取得了如下成功：

首先我从lxml v3.6.0安装了预编译包.exe 文件。它可以在https://pypi.python.org/pypi/lxml/3.6.0找到。
最后，我再次运行pip install scrapy并安装结束成功的。
