我找到了解决这个问题的方法。显然，在视图控制器中创建person（ABRecordRef）对象并不是一个好方法。而是在加载ABUnknownViewController之前创建人员。在加载ABUnknownViewController之前还要调用[setDisplayedPerson：]。这样行和部分就可以正确初始化，不再有任何不一致的例外。
