最后两个是错误的预测,他们应该[0,0,1]为['纽约','伦敦']

12不是“1”而“2”是12,因此

应该是

[[1],[1],[1],[1],[1],[1],[2],[2],[2],[2],[2],[2],[1, 2],[1, 2]]
