-L(带库的目录路径)选项链接时,如

-LC:\opencv\min_bin\install\x64\mingw\lib

您也应该使用-l链接到特定的库。

似乎找不到-lopencv_tracking300库。

我重建了整套模块,现在它可以工作了。我仍然不确定之前到底发生了什么。在成功构建之前,您需要进行多次实验。非常感谢您的建议 - @berak和@John
