除非您在nginx或gunicorn日志中提供任何日志消息，否则这些问题总是难以弄清楚。您可以在那里快速找到问题。
听起来nginx正在运行，但是并没有正确地向你的gunicorn服务器代理请求。我想这个问题出现在upstream_app_server nginx指令中...它看起来并没有正确连接到gunicorn。尝试将其更改为：
