不知道meteor-postgres而是连接字符串
postgres的：// postgres的：postgres的@本地/ meteorpg
转换为：在localhost端口5432上运行一个Postgresql服务器，其中包含名为meteorpg的现有数据库，用户postgres使用密码postgres可以访问该数据库。
ECONNREFUSED
表示在这个地方没有接受TCP连接。
那么你有一个Postgresql守护进程吗？
