我有类似的问题。我不知道解决方案是否适用于这种情况。
在环境路径中我也有C：/ Python27，但经过一番挖掘后我发现我的 PYTHONHOME 变量设置为其他一些无关的文件夹。将该值更改为实际的python路径为我解决了这个问题。
