我成功了。还有另一种建议的解决方案here,但是我的有所不同。

缩放和平移可通过scrollview轻松实现,但是在添加旋转时,将立即重置,就像您所说的那样进行另一个平移(对我来说也是这样)。我要做的是完全放弃scrollView的手势,而不依赖于它的委托。我为平移,缩放和旋转添加了自己的手势识别器。然后,您可以随意组合它们:允许其中两个同时感知更改,甚至可以感知全部三个。在我的解决方案中,我希望分别感测平底锅并同时感测缩放和旋转。您可以通过以下方法执行此操作:
