检查word文档是否包含指定的单词

我需要一种方法来告诉我一个特定的单词是否在word文档中 ^* 。

private bool Check(Document doc, string givenWord){
  ...
  //checking if doc contains givenWord;
  ...
  return true/false?
}

将.doc转换为.rtf并避免在速度方面使用Interop更好吗？任何想法会是什么样子？
