据我所知,您可以做的最好的事情是将所有选项放入特定类别并使用void llvm::cl::HideUnrelatedOptions(ArrayRef Categories)(如果您只有一个类别,则使用cl::HideUnrelatedOptions(cl::OptionCategory & Category))。文档表明clang使用它来控制命令行选项,尽管我还没有在clang源中检查是否确实如此。
