我认为你必须改变这一行

std::cout << exec("wmic path win32_networkadapter where ""NetConnectionID = 'Local Area Connection 2'"" call disable");

到

std::cout << exec("wmic path win32_networkadapter where \"NetConnectionID = 'Local Area Connection 2'\" call disable");
