我修正了错误

我在尝试安装scikit-learn时发生了这个错误，这只适用于python3。所以，我已经安装了python3并将其作为默认设置。

一般来说，ubuntu与python2存在一些依赖关系，并且由于将python3设置为默认值而导致出现此dpkg错误。所以，我通过创建链接来纠正这个问题。
