从Visual Studio Native Tools命令提示符运行cmake或cmake-gui，而不是普通的命令提示符。这样，所有必需的路径都正确设置并且对cmake可见。

在运行cmake -G "NMake Makefiles"之前，首先在CMD中执行VC Path\vcvarsall.bat。

PS：只能在CMD中工作，不能在PowerShell中工作。
