从例外情况来看，根据this answer，你看起来错了。当我尝试使用io / resource打开文件时，即使文件实际存在，我也会收到相同的错误。 io/reader可能更容易使用，因为它会将您的输入强制转换为读者对象。另一方面，io / resource返回一个URL，其路径在jar内部发生变化。 Check this.
