免责声明：我是ogc-schemas项目的主要开发人员，该项目编译了几乎所有OGC模式，包括WFS 1.1.0。

OGC Schema编译很成问题。您需要大量的绑定，自定义和有时补丁。所以我的建议只是使用ogc-schemas项目提供的已编译的schmeas。获取已编译的WFS 1.1.0模式的this artifact。
