DatePicker格式错误 - windows phone

我添加了ValueStringFormat，但这只改变了控件的格式：

<toolkit:DatePicker  Value="{Binding DOB,Mode=TwoWay}" S ValueStringFormat="{}{0:dd/MM/yyyy}"/>

DatePickerPage仍将日期显示为MM / dd / YYYY。我该如何修理它？
