resteasy javax.ws.rs.NotFoundException：无法找到完整路径的资源

1.resteasy 3.0.4.Final
2.eclipse
3.maven

动作

我把war包打包到tomcat7（窗口x64）webapps和服务器正常运行 访问http://localhost:8080/test-resteasy/rest/message/hello，浏览器打印“Restful example：hello” 但是当我maven构建tomcat7：在eclipse中运行tomcat7-maven-plugin时，访问相同的url throws：

 javax.ws.rs.NotFoundException: Could not find resource for full path

猜想

1. 我认为源代码是正确的，因为在单个tomcat 7服务器上运行war包成功。可能在pom.xml中缺少某些依赖项。

分析每个POM依赖关系的帖子真的很长......但为什么不尝试以这种方式编译maven，官方的resteasy团队建议？
