尝试更换:
     return db.insert(DATABASE_TABLE,null,initialValues); 这样 :      返回db.insert(DATABASE_TABLE,KEY_USERNAME,initialValues);

我想我记得在nullColumnHack参数中传递null时遇到了麻烦。
