带滚动条的Contenteditable Div（固定高度）

<div class="col span_1_of_2" contenteditable="true" style="max-height:   410px" overflow: "true">

目前，文件在div fils区域（410px h）。我想添加更多文字： a）不扩大div高度 b）通过滚动显示“额外”文本

目前，div保持在410px;但滚动效果不需要（和文本溢出div）。见截图。
