data-offset-bottom refresh issue on bootstrap 3
我使用bootstrap 3中的affix.js将导航栏固定在顶部。我的页脚高度为1000px。当转到页脚并刷新页面时（参见图像），导航栏会跳到页脚。但是当我向下或向上滚动时，它会重置到顶部。
底部偏移和顶部随内容平滑移动，只是页面刷新导致此。
