Caffe: Multi-GPU support with Matlab (Matcaffe)

Caffe is a deep learning framework that also includes a Matlab interface (Matcaffe). While Caffe supports multiple GPUs it seems that Matcaffe does not at the moment. Does anyone know of a workaround?
