没有正确获得当前位置

我是android新手。我正在开发一个应用程序,即使不使用互联网也能显示用户当前的经度和纬度。

它工作正常,但每次我引用或再次启动应用程序时纬度和经度都会发生变化...请帮助我..为什么会这样?/
