NHibernate支持人员只是指出了正确的方向来解决这个问题。

问题是IIS没有访问windows \ temp文件夹的权限。

我去了IIS AppPool＆gt;高级Settigns＆gt;身份

并将其更改为LocalSystem（因为我是我的PC上的管理员）。这为我解决了这个问题。希望这会有所帮助。
