我在OSX El Capitan遇到了sam问题。我用来克服这个的步骤是

首先检查是否安装了V8。我用brew来安装它。

brew install homebrew/versions/v8-315

如果存在某个实例，请尝试卸载libv8，therubyracer gems。

gem uninstall -a libv8
gem uninstall -a therubyracer

然后安装libv8 gem。

gem install libv8 -v '<<VERSION>>' -- --with-system-v8

然后安装therubyracer gem。
