我在启动时将片段加载到FrameLayout容器（left_container）中时添加了我的recycleler视图。似乎我不能让它工作，它什么都不做。

你的布局错了。 CoordinatorLayout必须是具有行为的视图的父级。作为RelativeLayout的孩子，您有CoordinatorLayout。我建议你阅读this article，其中有很多关于AppBar滚动行为的例子

尝试在SwipeRefreshLayout中添加片段和AppBarLayout及其子（工具栏）中的Coordinator布局。如果Recycler视图和AppBarLayout是协调器布局的直接子节点，则可以实现可滚动行为
