我似乎无法启动Visual Studio 2012命令提示符。

启动命令提示符，窗口显示：

ERROR: Cannot determine the location of the VS Common Tools folder.

我自己也有这个问题。

问题是由域组策略拒绝的注册表访问引起的。我通过编写自己的注册表阅读应用程序并修改VS CMD启动bat文件以使用我自己的程序解决了这个问题。
