刚刚安装并成功将gem "twitter-bootstrap-rails"添加到gemfile并成功捆绑;使用twitter-bootstrap-rails 3.2.0 Bundle complete!。然后按照gem文档的指示尝试; rails generate bootstrap:install static但命令只是挂起。
