如果您想使用视频标记提供可在浏览器中播放的视频文件，至少在Chrome和Safari上，您需要实施HTTP范围请求。
如果您使用GCDWebServerFileResponse，GCDWebServer会自动实施范围支持。如果您使用其他类型的响应，则需要根据传入的byteRange的{{1}}属性自行实现。您应该从GCDWebServerRequest复制粘贴逻辑。
