我正在使用PIP来获取Python所需的软件包，但即使我使用“sudo”访问软件包，我也会收到权限错误。

尝试安装awscli时出现非常类似的问题。以下为我工作。只需更改包名称即可。你可以尝试 -

sudo -H pip install nltk --upgrade --ignore-installed six
